Welcome back to the last term of 2019. I hope you all had an amazing break. We started off this week by celebrating Niue and Indian language week. We had a flag raising ceremony and ended the week with a celebration and shared kai. Aroha 8 and Tumanako 10 decided to work together to create rangoli patterns. We used rangoli powder and pva glue to stick the powder on the pattern which the students designed! Starting this term every Wednesday, team Tumanako will be out swimming to practise, polish and learn new swimming skills. It is important for the tamariki to learn how to swim so they will know how to protect themselves whenever they are out at the beach or at the pools. Check these amazing swimmers out!
